OpenAI’s newly developed AI model Orion’s arrival is the buzzing news in the entire tech arena. ‘The Verge’ has reported that the upcoming frontier AI could surpass the performance of ChatGPT and will be 100 times more powerful and capable than the existing 4th version.
OpenAI is planning to release its frontier model differently, deviating from the normal routine. This provision will enable the companies to build their own products and features using Orion. The previous versions were launched via ChatGPT but this time the corporate partners are getting a privilege and initial consideration from the company.
Microsoft, the leading partner in providing AI models to OpenAI, is on the verge of preparing to host the Orion on Azure in November.

Orion the successor of ChatGPT 4
The external name of Orion is yet to be confirmed, it is still in doubt whether OpenAI would call it ChatGPT-5 or any other name. As per the reports available from the OpenAI circles, Orion could be the successor of ChatGPT-4 which is more advanced and powerful than the predecessor. Later, OpenAI attained the service of Strawberry (commonly known as o1) in the development process of Orion. Strawberry was called up to provide the synthetic data training to Oron. He mentioned winter constellations and their rising in the winter that could possibly indicate the arrival of Orion since Orion is a constellation figure that can be seen in the Northern and Southern hemispheres during the winter season.
